Everything is done remotely using accurate mapping data, so there’s no need for an on‑farm visit. 

I typically need the property address, lot/plan numbers, any existing sketches, and notes on key features you want highlighted. If you have previous maps or IMs, those help too. 

Most maps are completed within 2–4 business days depending on the package and complexity. Rush options are available when you’re working to a tight listing deadline. 

Yes. Colours, fonts, logos, and layout can be aligned with your agency’s style so your marketing stays consistent. structures or improvements should be built according to a set of plans. This is included in the premium package.
